Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups Java House Premium Kenya East African coffee (brewed, cooled)
  • 16 Java Love Cookies (heart-shaped butter cookies)
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Brew Coffee: Brew a strong cup of Java House coffee and let it cool to room temperature. Pour into a shallow dish.
  2. Prepare the Cream Mixture:
    • In a medium bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until the mixture is light and creamy.
    • Add the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth and combined.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture to create a light, fluffy cream.
  3. Dip the Cookies:
    • Dip each Java Love cookie into the cooled coffee for 2-3 seconds (just enough to soak up the coffee without making them too soggy). Place the soaked cookies in a single layer at the bottom of your serving dish.
  4. Layer the Tiramisu:
    • Spread a generous layer of the mascarpone cream over the cookies.
    • Add another layer of coffee-dipped Java Love cookies on top of the cream, then spread the remaining mascarpone cream on top.
  5. Chill:
    • Cover the dish and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the flavors to meld and the dessert to set properly.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
    • Just before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and add optional dark chocolate shavings.
    • Serve chilled and enjoy the creamy, coffee-infused dessert with the buttery crunch of Java Love Cookies.
This Java-inspired tiramisu is a delightful blend of creamy mascarpone, bold coffee, and the rich flavor of Java Love Cookies—a perfect twist on a classic Italian dessert!
