Ingredients:
  • 12 Java Love Cookies (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup brewed Java House Premium Kenya East African coffee (cooled)
  • 1 quart Java House vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
  • Dark chocolate sauce (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Make the Crust:
    • Crush the Java Love Cookies in a food processor or by hand until they become fine crumbs.
    • Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
    • Place the crust in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.
  2. Prepare the Coffee Ice Cream Filling:
    • In a large bowl, mix the softened vanilla ice cream with the cooled coffee, stirring until well blended and creamy.
    • Pour the coffee ice cream mixture into the frozen cookie crust.
  3. Freeze:
    • Place the pie in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  4. Top with Whipped Cream:
    • Once the pie is frozen, top it with whipped cream, spreading it evenly over the top.
    • Drizzle with dark chocolate sauce and sprinkle chocolate shavings if desired.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
